Once you get into a situation where the puck is in the crease, the ref can blow it dead if he loses sight of the puck. Regardless if it’s actually frozen by the goalie or not.

If this was chart about bad calls, it may have been relevant. A finesse who has tons of playoff experience since 2008 will likely draw more penalties.  

And your point is...? When you have two of the most skilled players currently playing, you’re going to draw penalties.
