As someone who use to live a couple of blocks from the proposed course, I can vouch for the stunning view of Manhattan & also the colossal cluster-fuck that area is going to turn into. Traffic, parking, etc are strained in that area under the best of circumstances. Logistics is gonna be a nightmare.
