As a resident (but not native) of NJ, I agree. The problem is that the really bad parts of NJ are REALLY BAD. They also happen to be the parts that people from out of state travel through via the NJ Turnpike, Newark Airport, etc.

that's why I upgraded the likelihood of it happening to "Maybe". The local governments have blown so much money on failed projects in the area, I bet they'd jump at the chance to Eff one up that's relatively free.
