I doubt you will be able to tell whether the crew are narcissist sociopaths. Rimworld is better for that sort of thing, though the sci-fi is of the decidedly pulp variety.

I’m hopeful, but not optimistic. Whatever Paradox’s involvement, the devs are the Tropico guys. While Tropico 2: Pirate Cove was a standout (by another studio), the main franchise is bland and aimless, with very weak humor. I have my doubts there will be much that’s hardcore or strategic about the actual release.

Devs are Haemimont Games, the people behind Tropico, so I certainly expect a decent amount of silliness the game to be mostly phoned-in dad jokes.
