I know Hummers aren’t as capable as Wranglers off-road but I think they can handle a crumbled driveway

Damn, I just missed this... I was at Zion and Bryce Canyon last week, then the Grand Canyon over the weekend, and now in Sedona through tomorrow. Sedona definitely has the best car scene.

It’s no secret but I still love clean, functional builds.

Step two: turn that good daily driver in a project car

Just under $75k for 5 cars. About $90k with (7) motorcycles included

Diesel X5 + tune

This is Bottas’ on board view just before the collision. There’s plenty of dry track to the left. He knew what he was doing

I’d get it

Opposite direction at low speed (simulates shorter wheelbase), same direction at high speed (simulates longer wheelbase) for stability.

And the Z32 300ZX-tt, and the 3000gt VR-4. They simulate a shorter wheelbase at low speed for maneuverability and a long wheelbase at high speed for stability

This... Ferrari accounts for roughly 0.01% of the worlds annual automobile production. The environmental impact of converting all Ferrari’s to full electric power is on par with the weight reduction you would get from trimming the extra threads off bolts on your Escalade.

Rare but not unheard of; my old neighbors meet this description. They lived here to be close to a family member in need of frequent care. The husband commuted ~500 miles to Washington, D.C. for the work week and came home on weekends. The wife was a regional rep for her company and would regularly drive several

Rally’s went bankrupt because we thought their 1/3lb burger was smaller than a quarter pounder

This is the truck version of my wife carrying in groceries

No, that’s pretty much it. I could stand on a 1' lever going into an 84:1 reduction and generate over 15000lb*ft at the output. But I could never propel a full size vehicle to anywhere near 60mph on flat ground because I can’t make enough power.

Does this count?

When did we trade overdesigned ugly concept cars and relatively simple production cars for clean beautiful concept cars and offensively ugly overdesigned production cars with eleventy fake vents ang gargantuan grills?... Can we go back? The beautiful concepts are great and all but the production cars are what I have

Officially rated at 17/19/18 MPG, it not only beats out the regular V8 (13/18/15), but also the less powerful I6 (15/21/17)... Still terrible though.

I was going to make a similar comment... I hit 194 once on a modified cbr1000rr. It took well over a mile to get there and I have no plans to do it again.

I really thought that first image was a ~2007 Accord for a few seconds. The Accord’s 5-speed manual, while not designed by Porsche, is still one of the best manuals I’ve driven
