For some jobs, like truck drivers, yes. For other jobs that require technical knowledge and training, like tool and die makers, manufacturing set up, and skilled trades, the issue isn’t salaries.

Can confirm. Moving every client off Windows 7 took over 3 years. Every so often I still find an XP box tucked away somewhere that no one remembers.  Had to support Win 98 running a cnc cutter once... From an old laptop. Have two working spares stashed away now just in case.
