I tend to think of my mind as stationary and when thoughts swim by, I acknowledge that it was there, and then let them go by, like sitting at the station without getting on the train. I have combination skin and everything I've ever used makes my skin either dry or greasy or both. Lately, though, I've found good balance in Lush's Imperialis lotion with Greased Lightning toner for the greasy spots.
