Driving a Tesla is some top tier baller shit. You're right that most those guys probably can't afford one, but they sure as shit want to. Not sure where you got the idea that Tesla = crappy cars. Nearly every review, except the biased (and later corrected) NYT writeup, has been glowing. Hell, ConsumerReports gave

Good for Andretti. If I had any means, I'd be investing in this series too. If these races live up to even half of I'm hoping for, this could take the place of F1 [in my mind, that is] and go so far beyond.

KABOOM! That thing had NO traction at all before slamming into the wall.

It looks like someone overused the 'pinch' feature in Photoshop.

Man, I FUCKING LOVE this movie. It totally embodies everything about the 80's worth being embodied.

Speaking of... does anyone know of a site where I can see how different rims look on different cars? I know it exists, but can't seem to find it.

Good Lord, those wheels are giving me a crisis. The amount of sexy contained in that 6061 alloy is remarkable. I want to buy my next car, specifically to fit these wheels on it.

Honestly, I hate to say it, but this Peugeot doesn't do it for me. The body needs some bold lines in a bad way... right now, it just seems like an amorphous blob of supercar. Granted, I *DO* love how crazy it is and the fact that it looks like a concept car that would normally have a snowball's chance in hell of

I could see this being more user friendly if it had small, built in grooves for your fingers. However, I would imagine that probably violates some MLB rule somewhere. I like the idea, though. I'd think if it offered any advantage, the players would be all over it.

Oh, it wouldn't have any trouble. Granted, the actual shape of the rocket may change to contain additional fuel and/or living space but what's really on display here is the multidirectional thruster technology. They could slap 8 of those onto the bottom of a MAC Truck and send it into orbit, if they wanted to.

Parachutes are useless in space and low air environments. This technology allows us to land basically anywhere and land smoothly enough so that we can actually take off again. Historically, our rockets are single use, one-way trips. This could potentially change all that.

What's impressive about it is how stable the rocket is. This most recent test just shows that, even as the air gets much thinner and conditions change above 300m, the rocket can still remain under complete control. In the past, our rockets have been stabilized by their forward momentum and by air passing over the

Yep, I've played around the BAC site [read: lusted after] and noticed this too. If they'd add more customization options, I'd probably never leave them alone.

Yeah, that dumbass had his eye looking through that stupid camera. That'll teach him to do his job.

Unfortunately, probably right.

OH FUCK. The BAC Mono. I'mma need a minute.

If you're going to say Caparo T1, you might as well say any Formula car because they can only be driven at the edge. Unless you can create enough speed to produce sufficient downforce, the car will simply never stick to the road. That takes balls to put your life in the hands of some engineer you've never met.

Nah, Fernando is a good dude. However, with that mustache, we are clearly looking at Evil Fernando.

I love how they have to remind you that it's a movie under the title. As if you had no idea what the fuck you're looking at.
