That’s pretty much what I did too, plus Twilight Princess HD. I bought some old Virtual Console games as well but never got too in depth with anything else Wii U. Hell, the first time I used an amiibo was to get Wolf Link in BotW.

In the Switch you can just save them to the SD card and transfer directly to the PC.
The Switch has a Share feature, but there’s something even better/more practical for getting the images onto a PC: you can save the screenshots to the SD card.
You can on WiiU! If you hit the home button you can store the screenshot to your album on MiiVerse. Then login to the miiverse web portal and download them. The MiiVerse community is pretty excellent too
Out of all the features in the Wii U version of BotW, I feel like the camera feature is the most useless. Can’t ever even see your pictures in true fullscreen, much less share them with friends or save them to the system memory as photo files...
You have to sign into the Miiverse (when you’re playing the game press the Home button and there should be a Miiverse option on the bottom) and there is a screen capture option after you open the Miiverse. Then you can sign into the Miiverse on your computer and get the screenshot from there.
I hear this game is pretty great, but unless they would let me dress what seems like the main protagonist in something that wouldn’t make me feel like a creepy asshole as I’m playing the game, I’m probably not going to get it.
I wish they would have also made a cheaper set top box version. I don’t like handhelds and I don’t want to miss out on a generation of Nintendo “console” because they realized they made way more money on the 3ds than they did on the Wii U.
<Typical fanboy response defending Nintendo>
Uh that map thing and the fast travel point sound like features that should just be added to the vanilla game via free patch. They’re quality of life improvements that nobody should have to pay for as part of DLC. In fact, this entire package seems like a small portion of the free updates we got for Witcher 3 long…
one thing that I despise in video games is escort missions where you can’t heal the VIP.
I totally got it. And it made me laugh out loud.
+1 you Magnificent Gaijin Bastard...also:
And that comment my dear friend was golden and earns you a star!🌟
I always suggest calling first.
...and just supposed there is one, they all have an umbrella:
Although with Trump on a holiday proclaiming kick.... eh..
R Kelly would like a word
Fuck, that took me a long time to get it.
