As much as I appreciate the facetiousness of the article, I feel like it could’ve been lent more credence with the insistence that Ming-Na Wen been included in the cast in some capacity.

Well in all the press about the movie so far, they’ve been pushing him as the protagonist pretty hard. As much as I think it would be awesome if it was a fake out, I have significant doubts to that being the case. Not everyone has the balls to pull an Iron Man 3.

Sure hope it ends with Scott Bakula leaping home.

Yeah, they tried to stick to the game plot more heavily with the 95 movie. Not unexpected though. The Street Fighter movie made Guile the protagonist and abandoned the background/motivations for most of the characters and they saw how badly that went for them.

Well I can only speak to what I remember about the game. But from what I do, it was a little too short with not enough change throughout the game. Pretty much just linear levels doing the same things but with tougher enemies as you go.
