Not sure how the algorithm works for who gets an ad and what ad they get when they turn on a video. And with the ad going, I didn’t get to see how long the clip would be. So... good for you.

Well I understand that ad revenue is important for a lot of the YouTube channels I frequent, so I try to leave that alone most of the time. But for an ad that will be the same length or longer than the clip I'm dying to watch, I won't bother.

Well I was going to watch it, but an unskippable 1:20 ad before the video was a bit more than I was willing to wait through. 30 second ads are my max.
