I have the opposite problem, no hard cased earbuds fit in my tiny ear canals. I need ear buds with ear tips, and extra, extra small on that.

They would fall right out of my ears. There is no earbud style that doesn’t fall out, unless it has some additional support structure. Something that goes over the ear, or presses behind and above somewhere. And even those are hit and miss.
