Sorry but you need to brush up on traffic laws. Impeding traffic by going 20mph below the speed limit is a law where I live on certain roads. If you can't at least maintain a 35mph speed then you are impeding traffic. So instead of trying to be Mr. Know It All....maybe STFU instead of looking a fool.
