Amanita muscaria grows in symbiosis with the roots of oak, pine, and willow trees, and provides nitrogen in exchange for carbs from the plant. It is a natural (native) symbiont in soils throughout the UK and Europe, and unlikely to have been 'planted'. All you need are oak trees. You're welcome.
