I did the same thing while rallycrossing back several years ago. Instant loss of understeer. The difference was that the bare wheel had a lot more bite when going into a corner than my worn all seasons did.

Acceleration on the other hand wasn’t that great.

I don’t own a Mitsubishi.

Sorry to burst your bubble, Ford era Volvos did not have a great interior as it was mostly standardized Ford bullshit.

I’ve been in an early 2000s Pontiac. Volvo’s main interface is miles better in terms of layout and quality of materials. As for dated, I drive a car made in 2004 so it’s kind of lost on me.

I have one (non-Polestar, though)

They did have a kind of bland design, materials were decent though. The C30, C70. S40, V50 all had the same meh dash. The P2 S60s was much better.

The reason that it’s prohibited throughout the city without specific signs is interesting also.

My favorite: in New York City, it’s illegal to turn right on red, but (despite being a lifelong New Yorker), I think I’ve only one time seen a sign at the city limits informing people that it’s illegal to make a right on red in the entire city. And that sign was tiny.

You also suck at aerodynamics because all you did was look at the Cd and totally ignored frontal area. Drag has two components. Cd is one, frontal area is the other.

Exactly. Schumer wants it to be safe for Republicans to defect; it makes everything easier for him in the future.

God damn. What is it with people on this site blaming the driver who wasn’t at fault for things? I’ve never more armchair drivers in one place in my entire life.

I have yet to see him do a piece on the inimitable and amazing MADmobile from the original Inspector Gadget.

It’s an appropriate sentence. What’s wrong is that one mid-level patsy is taking the fall, and the conspirators higher up the ladder are getting away scot-free.

Car is an absolute blast. I wouldn’t have bought it without the Recaros and I honestly don’t know why anybody does.

WOW TOM I just paid 16k for a 3 year old CPO FiST (granted, it has Recaros and nav and such things). I was hoping I’d never fall victim to one of your articles.

This is a revolutionary advancement in technology. Now when I play racing simulators on dual monitors, that line down the middle of the viewing area actually makes the experience more realistic.

Have you ever worked on the engine of a cabover van?

Poor ducks.

Step 1: Read the headline

Why don’t they just drive to work this morning?
