They’re not covering the race. Only qualifying.

No WEC stream in the US.

Because you could pay $10 and get a great stream from FIA WEC, and get their great app with live-timing and on-boards. And now you can’t. I relied on this for the past 3 years to stream the race and it was awesome.

My Miata is closer to 9 than 5 but you’re welcome in my passenger seat at the track and you can tell me if it seems slow.

Which is my point.

At 5.8 seconds to 60 the current 155HP Miata has basically the same 0-60 as the S2000 and now they’re adding 30 HP.

All the years of Mk VIIs sold in US are made in Mexico. And also: who the fuck cares? Why would that be a reason, like...at all? They make good cars down there and a lot of companies put production there due to their trade regulations. Guess you’re un grey-ed now off that. Damn.

I got my new 2018 GTI for less than that used one. Admittedly it’s not nearly as nicely optioned but all the 2018s have the same power as the performance pack (though base models don’t get the bigger brakes or diff) and you get a 6 year warranty. I don’t really see a reason to get a 3-year-old autobahn. My cousin just

But then you get exercise and it doesn’t cost you anything. And you can hang it on the wall like its art like the hipster you are.

Yeah wait..if he’s going from his house to places why not use a bike instead? These are for point B to point C type trips.

It sounds more like “I’d like to make driving down this highway more monotonous” to me .

I’m enjoying my ‘18 as a daily so far. But it’s a lease so I’ll be able to get the next one too unless Trump bans german cars...

It’s a new generation of car. Each iPhone is better than the last one and they cost the same. The current GTI is better than the last GTI and they cost the same, etc. The segment is the segment. Consumer goods are generally getting more expensive so it wouldn’t surprise me to see a small price increase but I’d be

I’d assume it’d be priced similarly to the current R.

Yup. And they’re all basically using the same motor as the GTI just with a different turbo and some other tweaks. And the GTI version makes 300HP with just a chip tune. So doesn’t surprise me they can find 400.

It’s all green screen! Green screen I say! Actually I did do a clip of this using green screen in a Tesla. We had a guy sipping coffee and chilling and just had two guys grabbing the front wheels of the car and wiggling them back and forth for the steering wheel move.

Meanwhile I was just bedding in a set of brakepads on my Miata and stopped from 60 like...1/3rd to 1/2 of the way between two telephone poles (125ft apart.) My face hit the pavement somewhere further down the road.

That’sonnata Hyundai...

90s Monte Carlo?

This has very rounded wheel arches and the ones in the photo are more squared.
