My goodness. I did a poor job of editing this. “I haven’t noticed being any more terrible than before. She still dives and off tanks...” is what I meant to say.

Really? That’s too bad. My experience with her has been fine. I have noticed D.Va being more terrible than before. She still distrust and off tanks just as well as she did before, you just have to be more diligent about diving in and getting out. But overall I haven’t had to adjust how I’ve played her all that

Counterpoint. In one of the Overwatch cinematic they show D.Va off on her own fighting a giant robot, sans any unit. And this is 10+ years in the future, things could change. Maybe all those times her unit wasn’t pushing the payload really got to her.

No, but I suppose your perception is going to be colored by your sources. I spend a lot of time practicing, lurking about in the the competitive overwatch subreddit, and discussing strats and comps on discord. Whenever I want to know about skins or watch some killer pee of the gee GIFs I go to the normal Overwatch

I think you answered your own question. Literally every other device streams video, and can do it better than the Switch could because of 4K, voice controls, etc. just means it would be bloat ware on the switch for most.

That’s legit, and I agree. I still can’t truck the idea of reporting someone for theat. Are they vile and an asshat in chat too? Fine, report em. Shoot, if you’re carrying but your toxic that’s worth a report. But if they’re polite and just don’t want to switch? Okay, I can roll with that even though it’s

I agree! If someone plays like that, I still strive to do my best and move on. I’m just taking issue with the “I’m mad so I’m reporting you” and calling it out as childish.

I’m not saying don’t be frustrated but if aren’t rolling in a full stack, when someone declines to switch, do you best anyway and wait for the next game. Reporting them cos you don’t like their choice is petulant

No you don’t. You have simply chosen to play in a mode that has a higher level of competition. If you choose, as you have, to adjust your picks based on what you and your team mates feel is needed, more power to you. If you choose to play a particular hero, and still strive to coordinate with your team and perform

No. The meta is a set of rules determined by the player base that don’t actually exist inside the game. There is no moral compunction to have to play the meta. If a player loves playing a particular hero, that’s their right, even in competitive - and doing so in no way makes them a jerk. If you don’t want to be

But they aren’t doing something immoral or deviant or anything that even deserves reporting. They’re just...playing the game how they want to play it? If you aren’t in a full stack, you can’t expect other players to play to whatever standards you have chosen for them. Reporting someone for not conforming to meta

Congrats! Lego + Kinja, the life changer.

I have a question, and it’s truly not intended to be snarky? How does building these things take multiple sessions of construction work? I’ve built a few sets with my nephews in recent years - the Quintet, the Batcave, things I would consider moderately complicated - and it’s never taken more than 2 hours. Do you

These are all very legitimate reasons. And despite the fact that it sounds like I’m joking, I’m not joking. Most games work perfectly fine with because, and Doom proved the point.

There are only two Titans pictured here...

The idea that people get legit upset about finding out that their made up ideas about who is romantically involved with who in a fictional universe that they didn’t create is super weird to me and I’m not sure I’ll ever understand it.

As a designer, visual balance > symmetry.

Good point. I missed that word persistant.

It depends on how many checks it runs. If it’s constantly checking LOS as it pulls back (which I doubt based on the language of the dev post), then yes, jumping in front of a hooked and moving teammate would save him. More likely though, it runs the check as soon as the hook and lands and then either pulls or drops.
