So this is the modern version of Freedom Fighters? I'll take it. That game has desperately needed a follow up, and if this is half as fun as that game was it'll be awesome.

These designs are almost universally terrible. Oddly, they over designed the shit out of most of the heroes, and left the villains pretty true to form. Wonder what drove that choice?

I think it's because you are essentially on rails the whole time. Not literally of course, but there are longish clips in every video I see where the player character is just cruising down some pipe or zip line, mindlessly shooting a bunch of mindless zombies.
