If the Patriots sign him so help me God I will join the Westboro Baptist Church.

Is there any hope of an Italian side having even minor European success in the next couple of years? It's all been going down the toilet since Inter won the Champions League.
Having a big-ass gun in the car is kind of a big deal, to me at least.
IU is closer to the "powerhouse" side of the graph. That is a complete, baldfaced lie.
This is the first I've ever heard about the Diamond League. Is there any chance of it gaining in popularity, or is it going to be a niche thing?
Your average Reddit commenter knows more about football than Jeff Ireland.
Woody Johnson is on the record as saying that electing a Republican president is more important to him than having the team he owns win a Super Bowl.
If Legia had blown out a side that wasn't the group stage on a regular basis, UEFA would have looked the other way.
Group A is pretty ass too.
He passed multiple drug tests (as in, over 10 of them) in between getting caught. Regardless of how stupid he might be in getting caught, the NFL treats weed worse than the federal government does at this point in time.
The groups seem pretty feast-or-famine in terms of quality. Group E looks particularly nasty, and I think anyone can make it out of Group C. Meanwhile Group G is all Chelsea, and even a Costa-less Atleti should make easy work of Group A.
Just another case of ESPN carrying the NFL's water.
Still, the Patriots again receive the benefit of the doubt even though they haven't won dick in a decade.
The Bears will be like the Lions were a couple years ago: make the playoffs thanks to a decent QB and a monster WR (plus Alshon Jeffrey) and unceremoniously bow out in the first round when they finally have to play defense.
Don't you worry, folks- FIFA and the NFL are on the case! Because goddammit, one horrifically hubris-stricken and corrupt sports organization just isn't enough to meddle with the results!
Don't forget- hitting the bottle is also a no-no, since Prater could have also been suspended a year for drinking.
The players agreed to it because the NFL is an owner's league, more so than the other major pro sports leagues. Goodell and his merry band of old white men (and one Pakistani, if you must get nitpicky) can strongarm whatever draconian bullshit they want and there won't be much resistance from the players.
I'm seeing people dis the Lightning in this comment section, but keep in mind that they draw more fans than the Rays. Also, the Canes play in Raleigh, not Charlotte, and they draw a decent crowd in spite of having a rough past few seasons.
That has more to do with their parent club, the Minnesota Wild, wanting their AHL affiliate to be closer to them than attendance issues. The Aeros were 7th in overall attendance in their last year in Houston.
I don't see why they don't, considering that they have the Ohio flag on the logo.
