Actually there are plenty of drinking establishments that have rules of conduct and WILL kick you out if you are too loud and obnoxious. There’s a well known “speakeasy” (oxymoron?) in NYC which is known for this, and plenty of “classy” drinking clubs prefer a quieter and “mature” atmosphere.
