I am holding an iPhone 5 right now, and it is the greatest technological device I have ever held.

I guess you have to define bias then. I prefer Apple's design decisions over Androids, but I am not biased towards Apple. I am as willing to be annoyed by them as I am by anyone else, they just happen to do fewer annoying things.

Can I point out a majorly missed point about Apple Maps transportation directions during the Sandy hurricane aftermath?

Vocal minorities always convince people their opinions are cared about by the majority.

If your battery begins to die then I can see it being useful, but shouldn't your battery be lasting at least 3 years if you aren't leaving it plugged in all the time?

Thanks! I came up with it myself, and then discovered one of my favorite authors had written a novel of the same name, so I took my avatar from the cover art.

No they wouldn't, they would probably point out that it was another sign of Apple mixing up priorities since Steve Jobs died.

At this point is there anything that chugs slowly on a smartphone?

I have met maybe one Android user who actually removes their battery (to reset after crashes more often than having a spare to charge) or storage.

My point...exactly. Notice where I said "counting population".

How you got that out of my comments is a mystery to me.

Once again, focusing on a specific example rather than the point of the argument. Why is this so common here?

Excellent points, but if education only happens through mistakes like this, it will never catch up with the degradation of the culture in question. That sucks, but it also has happened a thousand times before, and will happen a thousand times again (just involving less murdered people each time).

Whoosh point over your head. Not only is that barely the only example, but you also ignored my second paragraph.

I didn't ignore you at all, I pointed out that the vast majority of people have no idea what you are talking about, and can't be expected to know such things without taking a course in it. I never said you were wrong, I simply pointed out that this is not an effective approach to achieving your goals.

Way to not think about my response at all beyond the most shallow level.

Not sure how your point addresses mine.

Actually I can just use them.

Haha, tell that to yourself next time you do something you didn't realize you would get in trouble for.

Precisely.
