@Xander Crews: People already have ripped apart Insights for proper Honda power.

Started well, but too short, and didn't need to goto Civics. More history on later attempts (By chapparell for instance) would've been much better than the Bro-vic part. That, and the 1 sentence paragraph about air ports got weird.

This article is a misrepresentation. That Volvo is clearly blue, and clearly fast.

@fhrblig: That's because the cars they produced were terrible.

@Justin Hyde: When did Ford actually do this? Besides a few early 80s town cars, the Mark VIII, and one other model I can't think of, Lincoln has just been rebadged Ford for the last 20 some-odd years. I can't really think of any other Lincoln model with totally unique sheet metal, honestly.

@agjios: Oh look, Mustang fanbois come out of the woodworks because I insulted their model a little.

@MustangChris429: Ford had dozens of factory backed trim packages. California Special is the 1st to come to mind.

I have to ask... How many brands survive in the long run selling only one model with 2 trim levels?

It isn't even like the Mustang. The 'stang's problem was that it was a god awful number of special editions and trim packages. Most variants had little to no mechanical changes.

@Festering neon distraction: I'm not talking about the V-wagon. The regular wagon is 38k. Any price hike by dealerships further backs up my statement.

@adeft: "but due to the flawed taste of the masses."

@Rattleface Blouses, proprietor of awesome.: I can't tell you, I wasn't speaking of Audi. Cadillac's problem is selling a more capable vehicle for less than the wagon. The SRX steals sales from the wagon because of this price gap.

Want to know why the wagon doesn't (and won't) sell?
