The standard WRX's have a viscus center diff, you can lock the rears up for a short period of time (read, driftin') and have no issue. In STi transmissions with a DCCD, the DCCD unlocks when the hand brake is pulled and goes open, allowing the rear to lock.

I actually notice a fair amount of M5's, M3's and etc at the track. But maybe that's because I actually get to tracks...

"Welcome to Found Around Town, where we feature cars we find in a city where interesting ones are rare because everyone drives a Prius or rides a bicycle: Austin, Texas."

Fast boat anchor for the time, 275 hp in 1993 was pretty ballin'

Surely Ford knows that mileage data can't be measured; many states don't require mileage to be reported after a certain age.

"Current iteration"

You... do realize that Jalopnik/Gawker has to implement the ads into the thumbnails... Right? It's not like there's some accident to the ad-links being hidden until moused over.

Accounts weren't changed on purpose. I can't recall if it was accidentally gawker-wide banned from Jezebel takeovers (As opposed to just the single gawker site), or if the account was messed up from one of the format change overs — something that happened to a handful of members.

The "chest thumping" was for those who have no frame of reference for my original post, or those who sit and claimed that just because they haven't seen me, they're fine to assume I don't know what I'm talking about, or know anything of the commenter community here.
