I agree. I had a problem with a 2005 BMW 330ci ZHP...I LOVED the car, but the Bev Hills BMW could not get the check engine light to disengage, even after swapping out the ‘computer.’

I just sold my 2003 540i 6/mt M-Tech after 2.5 years of ownership and 97k miles on the clock. In that time i can say it was easily the least dependable car and most expensive to maintain car I've ever owned. (I've owned several bmws in the past.) Also, tons of plastic and rubber parts are notorious for failure.
