Fwiw, my grad school would publish future (tentative) class schedules online, but it would just be a PDF and it wasn’t indexed by the website (meaning the content wouldn’t show up in a website it Google search). If this school is similar, it might show if he’s still teaching any classes.
I also have plantar fasciitis flare ups. For me, it really is dependent on just keeping things stretched. Like if I haven’t walked or exercised or stretched it in a while and then I have some heavy use, my feet will be fucked (pain like you’ve described) for a couple days to a week.
