Reminds me of Bioshock Infinite.
couldn’t help myself
somebody didn’t read the article before commenting.
I bet MatPat is glad he was officially acknowledged as getting most of the story right so far :)
I’ll never understand people who have such a limited view on interactive fiction.
Sorry FNAF isn’t AAA enough for you to give the story a chance.
The grain of salt, here, being that freakishly long-lived is only about a year; still, the continued interest across 4 games probably has less to do with time-line or objectively good story telling as it does with it being something fresh. That and a creator who actively interacts with his community.
I don’t even play the games but the story and piecing it together fascinates me (based on Game Theory videos).
Its the story. The story is everything in this series.
For me, it’s the narrative. I think it’s clever and dark and disturbing in just the right combination. I appreciate the simplistic gameplay for a budget title and think it’s a standout in that regard (maybe it doesn’t hold up against triple-A horror titles, but it’s 1/8 the price), but the story is what makes it…
We may be looking at it the wrong way. In my eyes, he’s trying to push the community to take a closer look. This is part of the tug-of-war between designer/community that’s been key to the game’s success so far.
“Bullets are the anti seed, plant one in something and it dies” For having such a small part in the film I thought the bullet farmer was awesome!. This... well not sure what to call it, would this be a triptych? I know that’s 3 scenes horizontally, not sure if it works in a vertical exposition like this, well what…
You’re absolutely right. One thing though, it’s not just women who can be financially trapped in a marriage so you’re showing some bias there. It’s not healthy if either partner feels trapped and finances are certainly a weapon that quickly comes to hand on both sides of the issue.
I like exposing hypocrites, like Duggar, who are trying to influence national policy with their lies. I’m down with that.
”I feel like that is the untold story of this data leak—how many people just aren’t getting a sexual connection they want. And rather than talk about how people could solve this problem, everyone is just moralizing.”
Kind of defeats the point of switching to an OS in which the pirated software can’t run, doesn’t it?
Cool NOW YOU just need to get a billion other people to like your idea
This brought a smile to my normally inarticulate iron face.
