It’s hard to take something seriously when it uses part of that played out PC Master Race image that wanglords like to post all the damn time.

My local GameStop is also great. They’re fantastic people who love games like most love breathing, and are always great for giving honest, fleshed-out opinions on any given game. They’ll talk your ear off if you give them the chance, and it is absolutely worth it to give them that chance. That, and they’re so willing

Serious question: why was anybody mad that they were releasing a PC port of a fairly old game, rather than remaking it?

You keep saying things that make me think you haven’t actually read or processed a word I’ve said. That nice little story about your brother, which ignored my point about those people being trolls, is one instance - you know what trolls are, right? You know they say things they don’t believe to fuck with people,

I would have put 3 at the top with 2 if the melee combat weren’t all quicktimey and shit. I spent a lot of my time in Uncharted 2 punching goons to death, and it was a really frustrating experience in #3.

Once more, with feeling: My point is the word is, more often than not, used by someone to try and insult someone because they like something that the person using the word doesn’t like. The word has lost all meaning, and the use of it, at this point, is a little bit on the douchey side.

This is what the Kickstarter looks like one hour in.

I feel like you didn’t actually read what I wrote. My point was that “fanboys” seem to be an imagined boogeyman, and the word gets tacked on to everyone who says “I dunno, I kinda like That Thing You Aren’t Into.” I don’t know if I’ve ever seen the word applied to somebody that I would ever actually call a fanboy, and

Shenmue 3: The Search for More Money

I’d like to call for a moratorium on the word “fanboy”. It’s juvenile, and it seems to me everyone only uses it to mean “fan of something that isn’t the thing I like”.

oh my fucking god i’m gonna throw up, this is a miracle.

I honestly think I’d have a meltdown.

It’s at 70% on Rotten Tomatoes.

I, for one, am painfully excited to see it. Lost World and JP3 were basically hot garbage, but the initial reviews for this one are promising (I knew it wouldn’t be Mad Max: Fury Road levels of good, but the reviews seem to spell “not great, but pretty good!” which is all I need), and it would be a dreadful disservice

Everyone to Uwe Boll: Fuck you for making unforgivably bad movies!

Personally: the Uncharted series is one of my favorite series ever. I own the games, but that doesn’t mean I don’t a) want to replay them ever again, or b) don’t want to play them again with better graphics.

I don’t understand the complaints about graphics. I think this looks fantastic.

Just peeked my head in. It’s gilded, but:

That’s really weird about your screen names.
