I have a major issue with one part of this review... at the beginning, you just dismiss the non-gamin parts of this. Am I the only one that kept using those things? This certainly means I will never be buying a disc again. I would not mind buying discs, if I could install them and not need them again, but now I have no motivation to do so. THis sucks. Stupid people killing a good thing.

You can do whatever you want with that physical disc, which is the only thing first sale doctrine applies to. The license to play the game is just that, a license, and first sale does not apply.

Aaaaand they fail at passwords. They only require 8 characters and enforce complexity requirements, disallowing more secure long passwords that are easy to remember. I thought everyone learned this lesson?

You make a passing mention to it, but you are missing a major piece here... Touch screens will always draw more power, even when not in use, and you graphs are very misleading in scale, as mentioned in another comment. Windows hater, or just trying for sensationalism?

Or it looks like any other FTP client, file browser, etc. Unless you are referring to screenshots you didn't put in the article, You really don't know what you are talking about. There is nothing in the pics that makes this look like a bittorrent client specifically. Also, BitTorrent is a very useful way of sharing

The facebook chat/sms phone thing came out several weeks ago in the US. I used it for about a day.
