You mistyped Harry>Louis>Liam>Niall ... who is Zayn again? A BIG FAT NOBODY
Why do the victims not matter to you? This is a serious question.
Serious question for you - what’s wrong with revenge? If someone buries a teenage girl alive after torturing and raping her, why does he deserve to live the rest of his life with free medical care, room, and board on the taxpayer’s dime?
Some prisoners have tried to claim that delays to their executions violate the 8th Amendment. So this would just lead to even more litigation and more costs to taxpayers.
I don’t support it so much as I don’t actively oppose it. I just can’t care too much about rapists and murders and their right to live when so much other awful shit is happening in this world.
If Richard Spencer committed a murder, I would be fine with that. Same with any white supremacist who commits a murder.
I’m guessing you never watched Attack of the Show.
You can tell by whether he inhaled smoke.
It’s not really that simple, though. Plenty of kids with attachment issues can behave really well for a period of time, and seem normal/healthy/typical. After they get comfortable is when they decompensate. It’s entirely possible that this family worked with the kid to get him or her therapy and services, but it…
It’s entirely possible that they didn’t feel equipped to manage their new baby’s needs along with the disabled older child’s needs. That doesn’t make it acceptable, and it’s still murder.
This is actually not true, especially when it comes to disabled or high-needs children.
I think you are basically a saint for willingly hanging out with the neighbor kids, who sound kind of exhausting.
We need to punish women who are successful.
I guess it depends on what you consider to be an “average Jane”? I don’t know a single factory worker, secretary, or cashier who read Lean In, but all of my female colleagues have read it. I’m an attorney.
That has literally nothing to do with Lean In.
Seriously, this is why the feminist movement gets nowhere. Lean In was hugely important to many of us, and Sandberg mobilized millions of women to get out there and succeed.
Having women in leadership positions is critical to female success. The top down approach is critical.
I loved Lean In, and I can definitely say that this book greatly improved my career trajectory. I’m also an educated white woman seeking success in corporate America, and that’s a fine thing to be.
Do you remember the one where Hildi put live moss in someone’s bedroom?
