There is a breed of evangelical church that calls themselves non-denominational because they are just preaching directly from the bible.

Flip or Flop is a much more watchable show.
I could smell the evangelical on them both after watching like 2 minutes of the show. Mostly Chip - he has that stupid youth pastor thing going.
A freaky ass youth pastor? NO THANKS
I live in the burbs now and love it .... but I’m from Scranton, so with the exception of like Chester or Lenni, everything out here is nicer.
That sounds like a fun vacation, but it’s a terrible way to live.
Seattle is a wonderful city. Arizona has Jan Brewer.
My living room and dining room are open, but our living room is separated. I like it better.
This is simply not true. I work in Philadelphia, and see multiple women every day in the niqab or abaya. I think many of them belong to fringe Nation of Islam-esque groups.
I see at least one or two women in burquas or niqabs every day, in Philadelphia. We’re not an Islamic republic by any stretch of the imagination.
Is it wrong that I laughed really hard at this?
I actually totally agree with you, FWIW. The only reason I chimed in was because I did a training on voter issues to volunteer as a poll watcher.

You can report it on their behalf. 1-866-our-vote
You actually *do* have a choice. You don’t have to kowtow to this person, who committed federal election fraud and seems like a raging jerk at best.
Actually, legally speaking, a person who needs assistance voting may have any person help them except their union representative or boss.
Okay this is very helpful. I thought about popping in to thank her with a dessert or something, but wasn’t sure if that was weird.
In a previous life, I worked at a movie theater. It always grates on me to see all the faux outrage relating to retail employees not seeing their families from the same people who are out filling the theaters.
As someone who was in the ICU earlier this year (although not a burn one, eek), thank you for all that you do. I’ve still been mulling over the best way to thank my favorite nurse from that very scary, terrible time in my life.
My mother is a jerk and a half. I haven’t spent a holiday with her since I found out that she told my entire extended family and my in-laws that I she found out about my law school graduation on Facebook, and that I didn’t invite her because I was “ashamed” that she and my father work in factories.
