There’s no way to safely pressure-fry at home. Nobody makes a pressure cooker rated for oil any more, and for good reason. Regular pressure cooking, on the other hand, is pretty safe as long as you are using a pressure cooker made in the last 20 years and not some sketchy hunk of crap you found at a swap meet.
