The 4.6 was the wrong answer to every question.
GMC Syclone. Very limited production, engineered by a company called PAS for General Motors. The staff at PAS hated you, and wanted you to suffer. There is nothing on the Syclone/Typhoon trucks that is easy to work on, period.
the BBC reports converting the plane to carry Cameron and company will cost about $15 million dollars.
Nah, just put a trailer hitch on it and put a portable generator on the trailer. Problem solved!
Strange definition of “adore” - train a creature that has no comprehension of the danger, or ability to consent to it, to do something too risky for a human, and exploit its unconditional loyalty. I used to think police dogs were adorable, too, until I really thought about what they were being trained for,…
The terrorists didn’t kill that dog. The handler who trained it to do something he didn’t want to do himself killed it.
This is not going to be a popular opinion, but I am strongly opposed to the use of police dogs in this kind of capacity. I think it’s cowardly and cruel to train an animal that trusts you completely and unconditionally to do something you don’t want to do yourself because it’s “too dangerous for a person.”
Hmm. I never knew that the undersides of BMW’s were so extensively streamlined. Looks like a Hot Wheels car.
I was wondering how I could spend WAY too much on a C7 Z06. Now I know!
This, exactly. I’d guess that there is probably a waiting list of men wanting jobs at that foundry in India, too.
Interesting. I assumed there was some way to shorten flight time for reduced-range targets, but didn’t know it could be done short of simply not firing the third stage.
Ok, that makes sense. But in the photo set, he’s specifically referring to the main stages, not the RCS on the bus or warheads
I know, which it’s why it’s weird that he would say “to the last drop”
I’m torn on this... the analysis you linked to is clearly technically detailed, but he says, not once but twice, that the missile stages burn ‘to the very last drop.’ To the best of my knowledge, all three Trident II stages are solid fuel, and once ignited, will continue to burn until all fuel is exhausted.
If cops only gave a shit about stolen cars...
Not anybody who works at any Gawker title, that’s for sure.
...since their operations are largely clandestine, they can fly without their transponders off if they had one at all.
