The Russians (and the Soviet Union before them) have a long history of selling watered down export versions of their aircraft, so I don't know if saying they "will more or less sell anyone anything" is completely accurate. They don't want their current frontline military hardware falling into our hands through an

Replace your pushrod V8's with mechanically complex, physically large, small-displacement V8 engines and OF COURSE people are going to opt for the lesser-of-two-evils turbo V6.

Therefore, GM put two 4-71 engines driving through a fluid coupling in the Scenicruisers, and the solution proved to be so successful that in the early sixties, all remaining 979 buses had to be rebuilt by the Marmon-Herrington Corporation using 8V-71 engines and their 4-speed manual Spicer transmissions replacing the

I'm a little surprised nobody's pointed out the sad reason why shipping containers are cheap and plentiful in the US - they arrive here from China, filled with consumer goods, and only a fraction of them go anywhere else filled with stuff we made. It's more economical to abandon them here than it is to send them back

Props for sourcing the original video. Thank you.

Sad about no BRZ STI? You lack imagination. Needs moar LS!

Actually, if the original video is monetized on YouTube, it DOES deprive the owner of revenue, so yah, it's theft.

Sharing the original source isn't a problem. What is a problem is copying the original source, watermarking it, hosting it on your own site, and monetizing it. That's a dick move.

Don't worry! I am here to suck all the whimsey out of this by pointing out that this is actually an aerostat, not a blimp...

LOL... said the purple llama

Here's who cares - everyone who's ever posted a video to the internet, only to have LiveLeak immediately copy it, slap their watermark on it, and start making money with it.

Oh, and unless you were trying to make a "supersonic" pun, it's "Jager" not "Yeager"...

Sadly, this appears to be a fake. A Google search of the model number WY-B120 produces this result:

That doesn't mean it's OK to make no effort whatsoever to identify the original source, and post five LiveLeak videos you absolutely KNOW are ripped every week. It's lazy, and it rewards the assholes doing the reposting.

Now playing

Oh look! A link to the original, longer video on YouTube that ISN'T YET ANOTHER LIVELEAK SHITPOST!

This is clearly the best thing that ever existed, or will exist until the heat death of the universe. If it was self powered, it would be practical in some tiny way. As it is, it exists merely to make the last moments of your life an unimpeachable statement to the world of how few fucks you give.

Quoting would have been better, but a fistbump regardless for pointing us to the right spot. Here's the text:

At low speeds it would constantly rain mud, gravel, and debris on the occupants. At high speeds it would simply kill them.

Ok... what ARE those "certain regulations," because my 2000 Corvette has the "dome lights" built into the rear view mirror, and you don't get much closer to the windshield than that.

It happens all the time. I shot this myself last year...
