I’m totally confused by this study. How could one cohort of participants be told to eat fewer than 20 carbs daily while eating loads of vegetables? One raw bell pepper has 6 carbs.

So far, though, our best guess is that if you flip a coin your chances are probably just as good on a low-fat diet as a low-carb one.

I used to have a google voice number for times when I didn’t feel comfortable giving out my real phone number. I feel like you could set one up to divert the call to that hotline.

This is the sort of thing that seems useful but shouldn’t be necessary because the only problem that it solves was designed in.

Let me start by telling you that I am honestly not trying to brag about this, but as a dude who experiences this because of a gift (and a curse): sometimes its just inevitable, especially on the subway (Or any situation where you’re crammed in with people.)
