I remember being 10 and pleading my case to my Mom to take me to see Poltergeist - "but Mom, it's rated PG!"

I would guess it's because he left before any changes took effect. Had he waited until Biff made that first bet, then he'd end up in Bifforrific 2015. If the future had changed just from the meeting alone, then Doc & Marty would have had to prevent the meeting, which would mean no time machine in 2015, blah blah blah,

Geordi gets taken and his captors grab his VISOR and tinker with it almost the whole time. Yet, when he comes back to the Enterprise, he doesn't bother to check it out? Not even run a diagnostic? This is the head of engineering - it doesn't even occur to him the thing's been tampered with?

I had the concern that lots of mothers do when breastfeeeding - OMG, I'M NOT MAKING ENOUGH MILK!

It came back for me after a couple of months. However, it took a lot longer than that for me to feel sexual about them again. My husband would come near them and I'd get squicked out.

Space Vampire creeped me the F out! I remember watching that at a very early age and being absolutely terrified.

Ooo Xena! I have the 12" Xena, Gabrielle & Callisto. Can't remember who made them, but the likenesses were pretty damn good (especially Callisto's psycho smile). But it would be awesome to get the kind of variants you see in the smaller figures.

I would switch teams for Eva Habermann (the original Zev, not Xev).

Each year we put flaming pumpkins in our yard (soak rolls of toilet paper in kerosene overnight - burns 20-40 minutes with flames up to 3ft, YMMV). Does anyone know if it's better to carve a large, oxygen-friendly, design, or would a glow design work better?

And less 'mortally wounded, yet somehow too dumb to go see the doctor after I'd landed, I'll go play guitar at my girlfriend's instead.'

Thank you!

Actually, in the Donner cut, you see him leave Luthor in the Fortress, then fly a bit aways with Lois, stop, then blow up the Fortress to bits. I guess the implication is that he could have fried Luthor along with everyone else, but there is a deleted scene that shows the snow police come and arrest Luthor.

I had never seen this. Now I'm dabbing my eyes and blowing my nose at work. Geez.

I was a huge FoLC, and I really hated the change from season 1 to 2. I liked Cat and the Original Jimmy. Hell, even the pseudo Jimmy character - Jack. The show went from being this smart and quirky romance/adventure to a lame villian-of-the-week. I don't think they got their footing back 'til late in the second season

I hated Billie/Kaley Cuoco so much in Charmed, that I couldn't bring myself to watch Big Bang until season three, no matter how much my friends told me what an awesome show it is.

I was fourteen when I saw this episode on PBS in '87. It was already five years old by then, but in the pre-internet age, I had no clue it was coming. I was devastated, like, hardcore ugly cry for an hour after watching it, and then two weeks of moping around after that.

I had a deep love for Sliders, but once Tracy Tormé left, it all went downhill. The post-Professor eps in season three were all horrible rehashes, sorry, homages, to better source material, and everything after that just makes me shudder. Kari Wuher...ugh!

I liked Plummer, but man, how much cooler if David Warner had been the bad guy, rather than the ambassador?
