Evangelion is, I think, a difficult anime to like in the sense of enjoyment. I said this on another thread, but while I think Evangelion is vastly important and influential...it’s also not an anime I really have any desire to watch again.

Exactly. Evangelion is a meandering, slog of pointless dialogue and dead end plot points intermixed with a few interesting mech fights. Didn’t notice the kid was latino, but I guess if you prefer he could work for the mafia and be called Decespugliatore. 

It’s funny now, but wait until that kid starts throwing axes working for the cartels as an assassin and becomes known as “Rebanador de Bolas”.

I agree.  Change the rules if it’s now impossible for keepers to save a well-taken penalty kick (which it basically is).

Except it’s not encroachment until their actions actually matter; much like how with offsides you can stand offsides all day if you want, it’s not until you touch the ball that a call is made. If the keeper had stepped off her line and the shot went in, chances are good nothing would have been done.
