Agreed. I own a 7970, and it runs pretty much everything you throw at it with ease. I just read the hardocp review for the 280x, and it's just as good, but less expensive. So, yea, 280x gets my vote.

Yea, as I said, something's missing. It's not just the taxes that are driving the PS4 cost up. The XB1 launch price shows the right result expected from import taxes, the PS4 is just nuts.
