I posted this on Gizmodo, but got no answer. maybe you guys can help?
"Yet video game publishers and platform holders aren't politicians. They don't respond to public perception, or complaints on forums, or angry messages on Twitter. They respond, as I've said before, to sales."
Yea, there's a fire button. And no, it's neither comfortable nor very fun, imo, but you *can* move and shoot at the same time, and play it basically the same as you would a console shooter.
Most games will have a virtual joystick on the left side to move, you can swipe to aim, and there's a virtual button to shoot. Here's how I do it:
This. With Oculus Rift.
So do I! They do a lot of weird stuff, and tend to be really slow to pick up on some important usability features, but... They just get it, you know. Console gaming is supposed to be, imo, fun and light (tho not necessarily easy) and preferably enjoyed either on a lazy afternoon, or with a group of friends around a tv…
1) ugly as hell
That sounds pretty disingenious from him. So instead of getting arrested and maybe paying a fine or spending a couple months in jail, he's going to commit a much larger offense and risk spending years in jail instead? Because I don't see anyone calling the police off of him because of his threats.
You know, at first this sounds pretty stupid (how the hell is it an accomplishment to sit on one's arse!?), but could actually be somewhat cool for cross-promotions of thing we actually care about.
Well, yes, a bit like Rune Factory, but a lot more hardcore and ruthless
This is way more fun than it has any right to be...
"Infinity Ward are combining Farming Simulator with Monster Hunter. The twist? It's being funded Via Kickstarter"
But does the car include an in-cockpit view?
Great movie. My first though on seeing this, too.
Great article, clear and quick to the point.
Yea, the only witty/funny part was the avatar-making joke since, well, Kinect now *does* recognize faces.
The hell. Just give the soldiers a 3DS/Vita/PS4 and be done with it. Let this XB1 thing die a silent death.
First thing, let me say I love Codie's racing games, and have almost all of them on my Steam library. You guys struck a great balance between simulation fidelity and ease of use. Please, don't pull an EA sports and abandon us PC players, especially not with the F1 series, which I preorder religiously every year.
