Possibly. For that game they did revamp Butterfree’s moveset so Confusion is learned at 10 on evolution so I wouldn’t be surprised there.

It would be great. A new story in that area would be very interesting. It has the potential for more legendaries to show up in new areas, old ones in new locales, and old areas can be completely different.

You know that you could have just caught a Mankey on the route leading to Victory Road and have an easy win against Brock, right? Or just level up a Caterpie to Butterfree who learns Confusion at level 10 and reap the advantages of a low Sp. Def. stat on Brock’s pokemon.
