I think it's just you. I had to stretch my imagination but maybe it looks like the staircase up to the bathroom with the overlook and the double doors under it?

There are certainly advantages to using both. I still travel to the island because the turn around is so quick but i do invest high in the stalk market. I think a combination of both will certainly leave you with an excess amount of bells.
