My mother’s 2015 320i has no moonroof nor did her 2004 330i ZHP. She actually prefers this as she never would use it and likes the headroom, on the flip side I use mine all the time.

Enterprise Holdings (which includes National and Alamo) definitely has fleet program cars too, they have nearly a million vehicles nationwide.
Please find out the rental car company as the major brands haven’t offered a manual in ages!
If you are referencing the lion then that is the MGM Hotel, also in the beginning of many movies.
I think that’s absolutely nuts that a company would care what someone drove to the extent people actually purchased a vehicle based off said judgement. People’s income is not solely based off their job, they may have other things in motion, a trust, etc. What part of the country is this?
I feel this is more of a reflection where you are located. In West LA where it feels like every 3rd car is a new German vehicle, an E39 M5 would hardly stand out or appear like one spent a lot of money on their purchase.
The Angels play in Anaheim, OC, different regulations?
This is far nicer than my experience yesterday, dropped off my M3 for the 1200 mile service and they procedeed to scrape up the rear bumper and crack a taillight. According to them a door merely opened into it. Obviously they will fix it but I am afraid of the quality when it comes to the paint job on the bumper, and…
I have had my manual F80 M3 for two weeks now, I am so happy I was patient and ordered the 6-spd. I test drove a DCT M4 and it worked amazing, like a rifle going off when driving aggressive but in the end it removed another layer from the car, and this vehicle being modern is already removed enough. I disagree about…
They made these in 6-speed manual for the US market which no one seems to be mentioning.
Ah, interesting feedback. I guess taking a pickup cab and putting it into a Class 6-7 vehicle doesn’t always work. The 4300’s did have terrible door sealing at freeway speed but otherwise seemed pretty solid, except the Maxxforce engines have had a bad reputation with their emission systems. Pretty amazing to see you…
Really? The GMC/Chevy medium duty trucks they quit making were terrible! Interior rattles and buzzes constantly, they rode like an ox cart, small steering wheel from their old pickups that wore down quickly, crappy gauges that bounce around...the International felt like a Lexus in comparison.
How long ago was that? Budget have been using the Allison 5-spd in the International's since 2002, I believe it's 6-spd now, and even the 2001 and older models had a 4-spd auto.
I rode in a Crown Vic in SD with 635k or so miles a few years ago too, I wonder if it was the same one haha. Most cabs don't have THAT many miles from my experience.
I seriously have always wondered the same thing. I figured the car had time to cool down a bit and eliminate some heat soaking of the engine.
Ford used Navistar (International) for the chassis. Now that Ford no longer uses their engines they are bringing everything back in-house. Interesting item is that Ford is no longer using the Cummins diesel but International is now offering Cummins diesels in their medium duty trucks.
Saw a red AMV8 sitting on the side of a busy road with a For Sale sign on it in La Jolla, CA a few weeks ago, chuckles were had.
