Agree. Now that the world has come to embrace lower displacement and turbo charging Saab has been proven correct.
Love this article.
Yes Saab was incredibly inventive and forward thinking. They were correct all along. Smaller displacement with turbos. Of course they did it without all the computers. Their knock sensor is ingenious. I smile every time I see a 2.0T on the back of any car and think that Saab made it possible or at least paved the way.
Reverse:
Incorrect the Alfa did not break down, but rather decided not to race against inferior cars so left the track.

Strange things are afoot at the Circle K. Wait that’s self driving phone booths (Tardis). Never mind, carry on.
It is magnificent, and it is Italian. You sir are a lucky man to have such a mistress!
Unfortunately the Native Americans fell for the gag too.
You have seen the Trunk Monkey videos on Youtube. What about Trunk Torchinsky?
Looking forward to your comparison between the G and the Bug. The bug seems like it should be fun in a different way, like slower and more bounce. Will see if you can think when finished.
Got no beef with you! Keep up the good work.
Love it when I know by the title that it is you or Jason that wrote the story before clicking.
To honor the greatest rally car driver ever, Erik Carlsson, learn to left foot brake. How else could the revs in a 841cc two stroke be kept up than by using all the pedals? Carlsson won the 1962 and 1963 Monte Carlo Rally and the 1960, 1961, 1962 RAC Rally by driving flat out, never lifting and left foot braking.
You’re funny when your unintentional. Or even when you are.
Since its Apple and it doesn’t have Windows does that mean it won’t crash?
The head restraint problem is a serious issue, but Bernie will be saying “Nothing to see here, move along”. Will take another Jackie Stewart to do something.
