I love you Mr. Eccentric-Military-Probably-Gun-Wielding-Nut-Guy. You made my day. Now can I try the 50 cal., pretty please?

@JCay: Admitted a Chevrolet Spark wouldn't work quite as well in that picture as a 458. But you know what? A 300SL Flügeltüren would look better. :-)

I don't get why people are hating on the pole, organisers, and apparently the Belgians(?). The pole is just another hazard on the stage. It might as well have a tree. The job of the driver and co-driver is not to hit stuff. They (presumably) had time to do pace notes before the stage. It's not like the pole magically

@ausflogan: No American bases in mainland Denmark. You had one on Greenland which is part of 'The Kingdom of Denmark'

Nice piece of hardware, no doubt about it. However, very few will be able to pay for it. Give me a van (z.b Transit, Sprinter) and an autotrailer. they are often the backbone of small racing teams.

@BullittFan_Fords4Life: Yeah, and it is a Ford which just makes it even more awesome. I love the whole Ford vs. Holden-thing they have going on downunder.

Honestly, I think it looks really good. It will never be Clarkson & Co., but it seems like a decent car show. I would watch it, if I could...

I am so looking forward to this. Just hearing the voices of James Hunt ans especially Murray Walker sends chills down my spine.

Sweet mother of all that is holy! I love it. I hate trucks, but for some reason I love this. I can't figure out why.

@TSJ: Damn those Internet leprechauns that are screwing with my pictures.

I humbly nominate the 1998 mk. I Ford Focus (Europe/International). With its multi-link suspension and crisp handling it redefined what a small, family-friendly car should be like, and it is affordable to boot. Beside being a great driver's car, it also looked awesome compared to anything else in the market at that

@Eggwich McSpencer: I spent this summer driving around LA and SF a bit and you are right. San Francisco isn't a bad town to drive in if you just let it take the time it takes. (LA is much worse)

So sad. My thoughts go to the Lenz family.

@Pessimippopotamus: They did go all in on glitz and glamour around the eyes didn't they?
