I've actually had people get in my car and ask me why I'm constantly moving the gear lever around. "My car doesn't have that." Sigh.

This looks like a super-expensive street-sweeper. Also, he'd have to raise the speed from 88mph to 188mph because he wouldn't even get out of first gear before time jumping.
Digital speedometers. You have no idea how nice they are until you dont have one anymore. Takes me a while to get used to having an analog speedo rather than just looking at my dash and seeing that, yes, I am going 56 mph.
Side mirrors that automatically angle downward when reversing. So useful in the city when parallel parking; I honestly don't know why all cars don't have this.
