4 doors
Check out the front of a funny car body.
Looks like Im currently driving my last Focus for awhile.
I went yesterday. He cracked off a 1:04.46 on my stop watch at the bridge. He went down the hill into 10a and didnt hit the brakes until the 2nd green stripe on the rumble strip on the outside...my dad said OH SHIT, he didnt think he was gonna make it. Hearing him accelerate from 8 all the way down to 10 and shifting…
The Audi above and the Dark Highland green Bullitt are nice greens...this is just straight up John Deere Green.
And 2 doors!!!!! Yesssss
The real question is do we really need a Toyota Rav 4 let alone a teaser for it.
And Katherine Legge, the last year of the Deltawing she took it from 7th to 1st at Rolex 24 in less than an hour only to have her team mate drive it under a PC car during a night stint. She also had 2-3 class wins in GTD last year with multiple podiums. Plus she just seems fun to be around. Everytime Ive seen her in…
It really is way better looking in person than pictures. They had the bright metallic red one on display at Petit Le Mans last October...mercy.
God I need one of these with a scaled down Early Bronco body on it.
Nothing, the advantage to wearing sunglasses vs a tinted shield is you can take them off if the sun position changes and drop the faceshield back down. I have a tinted shield on my helmet and wear regular glasses and it sucked during early morning sessions when the sun is low so its a constant up and down with the…
And fire extinguisher.
The answer is Early Bronco. Get a small block Ford V8, easy to maintain and parts everywhere. Super simple 4x4 system in the 1973 and up, Dana 44 front, Dana 20 T case, and 9" rear end. Now the aftermarket makes every single part for the EB including complete bodies from Dennis Carpenter. Do a 2.5" suspension lift and…
God I wish we could get these 2 doors again. Those hood vents, that scoop, and 2 doors...hells yeah
Sorta, they were on the exit of 2 onto the straight and only went about 1/3 of the way down the back stretch. Kinda weird placement.
I can say first hand the seats they removed on the back stretch were terrible unless you were there for Rolex 24 at night watching cars come into the bus stop.
But what about my Dan Gurney for President sticker on my Mustang???
This guy cant be a full time Jalopnik kool aid drinking writer. He chose a big V8 American car as the coolest car in Bullitt. I clicked on the article totally expecting to see Jaqueline Bassetts yellow 1964 Porsche 356 Cabrio, you know since its just a glorified VW. This article did not pass over Orlove’s desk before…
Manual or automatic doesnt bother me. Four doors kills it for me. The only thing worse than 4 doors is red interior in a car, dealbreaker.
