Never compromise. Not even in the face of fashion!
Oh boy, this should be fun!
@Demonbird: Especially in Marvel.
@Misfit110: That's what Plinkett brings up in the Episode 1 review, about how lightsaber fights were more about the emotion involved more so that the actual choreography & fight itself.
I can listen to the Tron: Legacy soundtrack all day.
"And in the end all the computers in the world can't generate the most basic thing a movie needs; An emotional connection with the audience!"
They can also use it to stop Godzilla, like they did in Godzilla 1985.
So, just to be clear, when the LES decides that human beings are the most dangerous thing on the planet and promptly decides to eliminate us, io9er's will see it coming, right?
Judging how those cars are driving right towards the AT-AT's ONLY possible line of fire, I'd say they're in the midst of "Attack Pattern: Delta!"
@n3philimgirl: This is beautiful!
@SupaChupacabra: Yeah, that was good as well.
Honestly though, the Comic Con thing is not surprising. Cause really, Comic Con caters to the nerd crowd, and the nerd crowd, while growing more and more, is still definitely not the main-stream audience. Nerds will go see Snakes on a Plane because the name of the movie is Snakes on a Plane. But the non-nerds aren't…
@Charlie Jane Anders: The "YOU LOSE, STARK! YOU LOSE!" scene with them dragging him away is my favorite quote from that movie!
I also disagree with anyone who says "George Lucas has raped my childhood" because he tinkering of the trilogy & his laughably bad prequels still will never take away from my enjoyment of not just the original trilogy, but from the Star Wars universe in general. Why?
Now, if he would've closed his speech with the phrase "The only way out.....is in!" somehow, I'd have given him thunderous applause!
Face it, Tiger...I'm getting the f%$k outta here!
Didn't they do this in the movie Strange Days? Except more porn-ish.
This simple piece is truly one of my favorite songs & favorite visuals from the movie
@zantkiller: The soundtrack is my favorite part of the movie, and I loved Tron: Legacy.
This show just wants to continue giving me a "Rusty Venture!"
