Yeah that was really the only episode I was like “....Mehh” after it was done. But the rest were fantastic and Capaldi really moved his way to the top of the Favorite Doctor list after this season.

In Man of Steel, we saw his upbringing: His dad straight told him he probably should have let everyone in that bus die. His last fatherly lesson was literally “your secret identity is more important than anyone else’s life.”

If his final season is as enjoyable/good as the latest season, I’ll be happy.

Gotta admit, this looked highly enjoyable. Unlike the Joel Schumacher Batman films, this looks like a creative and interesting use of neon!
