Are you seriously suggesting TW3’s combat was dumbed-down for consoles? Have you played the previous games, like at all?

Steam certainly screwed up the implementation, but the vulgar reaction of the gaming community to being asked to pay for content has been really disheartening.

I still think this was a good idea, ruined by the community.

cool - this sends a nice clear message from gamers who just play things to gamers who are so passionate about their hobby they gain a level of professionalism at something related even at the expense of their health, well-being, free time and fiscal sanity.

Depends on if the Lawyers can prove that the purchasers willfully knew that it was a way to scam them at first (the second and third image could definitely be construed that way). Then they'd probably get slapped with Receipt of Stolen Goods, which is a misdemeanor and I'm sure they'd end up with liability of damages…

Sometimes, artists make things that look better, instead of more realistic. It's a crucial part of art actually. When drawing something with realistic proportions or a realistic pose, the piece can sometimes look incredibly stiff.
