I know that this will be one of a hundred “Slow news day huh?” retorts to this, but can you honestly blame them? This is an embarrassment I’m shocked you were prepared to put your name next to.

Better not buy it then. After all, you spend so much time in the menu.

Sup. Turn the text size up, then amend this nonsense appropriately.

They already did.

Hahaha. WOW. You weren’t even being sarcastic or ironic here were you? You genuinely said that without shame.

I read the FF13 one, and though I did enjoy the “why you think you hate it” I feel like the rest glossed a hell of a lot over “oh btw, it’s also just an objectively terrible, terrible game”. You started waxing on about lore and trivia, when I couldn’t get invested enough to even begin to get into that.

It just works.

“writing, “it just looks dumb af and makes our game look like a joke.””

Ah the SIGNALLING was why that was. Got it.

Reminds me of PS2's “The Getaway” and it’s obsession with saying “Fuck” at every opportunity.

Is there a reason this particular title is getting bashed on in sequential articles? I’m not standing on a soapbox, trying to proclaim it’s GOTY 2020, but you’re coming across as someone’s stooge at this point.

“The weekend is for a long weekend right after I had some vacation time”

It’s got no special treatment on Switch. If anything, the Dark Arisen version for PC probably looks better.

If you didn’t think it looked good on PC, sorry to break it to ya bud but on Switch it’ll either look the same or more likely worse.

This list REALLY glosses over some of the very important reasons why these games are allegedly“underrated”. I like DA2 myself, but if you try and say that the combat was, anything other than a repetitive mess of scripted waves (that legit spawned out of thin air in almost all cases) then you’re misleading your readers.

I didn’t even notice the shoulder straps. If you really want them goneyou can pre-order it though.

Yeah, got triggered by the “awful lot like” bit myself.

I’m enjoying it. Am I wrong too?

What are you on about? The game’s certainly irreverent, but “normalizing child abuse”? This series hardly makes out that this shit is “normal”.

Aren’t there sales regulations stopping that ‘exact’ kind of practice (The permanent sale then even MORE on sale)? As in, if you state the game is being sold at 2% of its RRP, you do at some point need to be selling it at 100%?

Pretty sure we’ve seen the opposite take place, where publishers have been sanctioned for

That sounds incredibly oversimplified and naive.

I initially started out as Zane, and around level 17 wanted to check the other characters out just to make sure I wasn’t missing out.

It really is staggering how much of a a disadvantage Zane is at compared to the competition after just a brief playabout on them (and taking Amara to the end). It’s not that “he’s bad”,
