Was I the only one that kinda got that message? It seemed like a fairly traumatic process from the cut scene and the masks weren't some mere halloween gag, they had miserable histories to each of them and all that so I took the 'screaming noise' to be a, you know, scream.

That was hard to watch. I had that 'oh balls it's going to die' knot in my gut every single drop.

I could kiss you for this-I'm now going to tell this to a friend in great detail about how it might happen. There's a very high chance it will make her cry but she made me watch The Cobbler so I'll consider us even.

Agreed, that's pretty much the only thing I want from DRM-don't treat the ppl buying your product worse than the pirates.

Also honorable mentions-cases like serious sam (and another game that I'm aware of using the same technique but the name escapes me) that included an enemy griefer-I'll admit that actually made me go buy the game I was so impressed by it. Worth every penny, too.

Well I didn't mind iron man 2 and iron man 3 was a decently made movie, but the entire mandarin treatment/waste of the extremis storyline ruined it so I'm gonna agree with you there.
